What you do each day returns to people and place.

Growing, casework, and village projects are not separate feature lists. The land gives you herbs; careful observation helps you understand a neighbor; that care becomes trust and lasting change in the valley.

    Plant, gather, and dry ingredients as the solar terms move through the year.

  2. Read the signs

    Observe, listen, ask, and take the pulse to understand what is really wrong.

  3. Prepare a remedy

    Choose ingredients and care that follow from the pattern you identified.

  4. Help a neighbor

    The outcome returns to someone’s life, opening gratitude, trust, and new stories.

  5. Grow the village

    Join decisions and deliver materials until a shared idea becomes a changing place.

How one case unfolds

From hearing that something is wrong to seeing someone recover.

Care is not a single Heal button. Each case begins with a person and moves through the game’s fictionalized four examinations, pattern identification, remedy preparation, and treatment before returning to the patient and their family.
